We first introduced this estate in 2020 lunar new year. Chemor is a main town in Kinta district, Perak, Malaysia. It is about 198km north of Kuala Lumpur. It is in this small township that Mr Tai Sow Phin, 75yr old, operates his 1.2ha cacao plantation. Mr Tai has been farming cacao for the past 14years. Combining cacao nibs, cocoa butter & raw cane sugar with a dedicated roasting profile produces unique flavors of nutty, buttery & raisins. Formulated with a 68% cacao content, its one of the finest produce of Malaysia!
