Refund Policy

1. All our products are non-refundable; no cash refunds will be allowed once the order has been confirmed by the customer. 

2. For non-receipt of items, there will be a charge for re-delivery.

3. All refunds made will not include delivery charges and taxes.

4. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the purchaser’s bank account. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed, however during busy periods it may take longer to process.
